Full-price merchandise may be returned within 10 days of of receipt of your order. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error on our end. You will only be refunded for the items returned, excluding the original shipping cost.
Sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Worn or washed merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in the original packaging, all tags must be attached and include a proof of purchase.
To process a return please email us at email@example.com. We will provide you with our return mailing address, and confirm whether an exchange or refund is required.
If you need to exchange your order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you in the exchange.
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Please email email@example.com.
